The training program «Développement de proximité et Gestion des communautés villageoises» contains three training units with 5 modules and 43 projects for a total of 2273 days of training, 996 for unit 1, 865 for unit 2 and 412 for unit 3 .

Awareness, Assessment and Measure of the economic poverty of the local community
Establishment of a statistical database on the state of the village, Managing civil property registries, issuing titles of ownership. Integration of all non-native and foreign components to the management of the village community. Training key players and village leaders regarding the tools and methodology for proximity project development. Accountability and initiation of all players in modern and customary land rights.
Search for funding. Realization of infrastructure and facilities projects: water, electricity, roads, telephone as well as IT.
Formalization of shared assets and land management, boundaries with neighboring villages and allotment of land to the benefit of the families. Inventory of the village assets. Identify existing resources and the potential from of agricultural, fisheries, livestock, craft and culture. Promote individual and collective savings. Creation of connecting trades related to agricultural operations. Trade school training, for the improvement of methods and production techniques.
